Call for Abstracts

Promotion/Commercialism:

1. No abstracts that appear to promote or advertise commercial products in a pervasive way will be excepted.
2. All authors must provide a statement of disclosures prior to the event.
3. All off label use must be clearly discussed in the abstract/poster.
4. All statements made in abstracts/posters represent authors professional opinions and not necessarily the opinion of the WIPM Society.

Submission Information:

1. Abstracts should be no more than 400 words.
2. All authors must be clearly named.
3. Include a descriptive title stating the work.
4. Topics: Basic Science, Clinical Science, Case Report, Case Series, Business/Practice Management.
5. Appropriate subtitles for each respective type of abstract are below:

Research Abstracts:
Objective:
Design:
Results:
Conclusion:

Case Report/Case Series:
Case Description:
Assessment:
Discussion:
Conclusion:

6. Presenters of accepted abstracts are expected to register and pay fees associated with the conference.
7. All Abstracts will be reviewed by at least two non-biased reviewers and either accepted as is, accepted with changes or rejected.
8. Deadline for submission is 3/30/24, no late submissions allowed.
