The WIPM Mentorship Program is designed to foster meaningful, one-on-one connections between women in pain management at all stages of their careers. Whether you’re looking to share your experience or gain guidance and support, this program creates space for connection, growth, and leadership development within the WIPM community.
Through thoughtful mentor–mentee matching, WIPM aims to support professional development, career advancement, and long-term engagement among its members.
Who Can Participate?
The Mentorship Program is open to all WIPM members who are interested in either:
Serving as a mentor, or
Being matched with a mentor
You may participate in one role only during each mentorship cycle.
Why Participate?
Participants in the WIPM Mentorship Program have the opportunity to:
Build strong, meaningful professional relationships
Share knowledge, insight, and lived experience
Gain guidance on career development, leadership, and growth
Become more engaged within the WIPM community
Support and empower women in pain management
How the Program Works
Interested members are asked to complete a brief mentorship survey. Responses help WIPM:
Understand your goals, interests, and experience
Create thoughtful, personalized mentor–mentee matches
Communicate next steps clearly and efficiently
As part of a recent system update, all interested members are asked to complete the survey, even if you previously submitted one.
